In the case that we will use a different trademark (a different producer) for the above mentioned components, we commit ourselves to keep the level of quality of the designed components, as well as we commit ourselves to use a trade mark (producer) the quality of which is considered among the experts as comparable.

Provided warranty and guarantees

Contractor provides standard warranty period on realised work for 36 months and ensures the entrance on service procedure within 48 hours. It is also possible to provide extended warranty period of 60 or 120 months on realised work.

For PV panels we provide 10-years product warranty.
The performance warranty for PV panels is provided for 25 years,
10 years ……………………………90% of nominal power,
25 years ……………………………80% of nominal power.

For other components from authorized producers and also for other consumer material, contractor provides warranty in accordance with warranty conditions provided by producers of these components.
